CarePoints Card is a unique healthcare rewards program. The card works like a reward points card and doubles as a pre-paid cash card so you can easily earn healthcare spending rewards as you shop for every day goods and services. You will earn CarePoints reward points when you use the card to shop at participating merchants who accept CarePoints Card for payment.
