A CarePoints Card Sponsor is a company or organization that chooses to share the unique benefits of the CarePoints Card system with others in their individual community.
There are three primary Sponsor groups: Employers; Merchants and Healthcare Providers; and Not-for-Profit or 501c3 organizations. If you belong to one of these groups and would like to offer your employees, customers, or members the opportunity to reduce their healhcare costs with CarePoints Card, then you should enroll now to become a Sponsor.
