What are the unique advantages of CarePoints Card?

Unlike other Reward Programs, CarePoints Card gives you the ability to pre-select your choice of merchants and service providers, enabling every dollar you spend with them to earn you CarePoints Reward Points. The card also rewards you with an advance on the CarePoints you are yet to earn. If you need to access your CareCredit-Points Advance you have up to 24 months to repay with the CarePoints you continue to earn each day.

Everyone qualifies with no credit check by using your employment as security. Individuals may qualify for a Not-For-Profit Organization's sponsored wellness care program as well.

When can I start enjoying my Rewards?

When you receive your card all you need to do is visit the website to activate it, nominate the CarePoints merchants and healthcare providers that you prefer to purchase from and you can start earning points every time you make a purchase with them. The more you choose to shop with CarePoints merchants or healthcare providers, the more points you earn to help reduce the cost of your healthcare.

How quickly can I Upgrade to gain higher benefits?

As soon as you complete our simple upgrade enrollment form either online or by calling our customer service number.

How do I earn Points with my CarePoints Card?

Once you have enrolled and received and activated your CarePoints Card, you can start accumulating points and rewards at your selected merchants. Simply present your CarePoints Card to any CarePoints merchant or service provider when paying for your purchase or services by cash, credit card or check. The merchant will swipe your card at the POS terminal or use our virtual terminal online and credit your card account with the appropriate CarePoints value. You can also load the card with your own money and automatically earn CarePoints as you use it to pay at participating CarePoints Merchants and Service Providers.

What type of reward program do I get?

We work with the retailers and service providers of your choice within your community. Once you make your selection of a merchant or service provider, we link their services to the CarePoints Card and you are ready to start earning rewards every time you shop or pay for services at your selected CarePoints merchant.

You may earn double or triple points through various promotional programs offered by CarePoints Merchant members on:

• Discounted sales promotions
• Rebate points
• Coupon points
• Special event points: such as holidays, anniversaries, birthdays and other promotions

What are Affinity Reward Points?

Affinity Reward Points are reward points earned from third party reward programs offered by Airlines, Hotels, Travel Agencies, Dining and Entertainment service providers. Reward Programs where you currently earn points. Points from these other types of reward programs may be transferrable to your CarePoints Card. Affinity reward points transfers are subject to eligiblity to transfer those earned reward points to the CarePoints system.

Can I apply for my CarePoints Card without being sponsored?

Yes. Becoming a card member is simple. Just complete the enrollment form, pay a small activation fee and we will send you your CarePoints Card.

Is the card a debit card?

No. CarePoints Cards are loyalty rewards and gift cards. They are used to access accrued benefits and rewards, which can be used to pay for authorized healthcare and related services at participating CarePoints Merchant members.

What if I don't earn enough points to repay the CareCredit-Points benefits?

Your CareCredit-Points and/or Medical Expense Cash Advance benefits are "revolving" credit valid for 3 to 24 months or through your membership period. If you are not able to earn enough points to pay off the CareCredit-Points or MECA within your membership period, it can be carried over for another membership period subject to terms.

Are my membership & benefits both free?

CarePoints Card membership and benefits are FREE, as long as you meet your commitment to spend and/or earn an annual CarePoints minimum from participating CarePoints Merchants and Service Providers. There is a 10% quarterly fee on unearned commitment points at the end of each quarter.

How can I earn the maximum points to increase my CareCredit-Points and benefits?

When you commit to spend an average of $10,000 per annum at participating CarePoints merchants and get ten of your friends or relatives to commit to spend the same, you and your ten sponsored friends and families will each qualify for up to 50,000 CarePoints equivalent to $500.00 per annum for healthcare expenses.

Can I cash out the value on my card for cash?

No. You can not cash out any money from your CarePoints card. You can only redeem the reward points you have earned for CarePoints Rewards at participating merchants.

Is my privacy protected?

Your privacy is protected at all times. We will never ask you for your SSN or your date of birth. Only those members who activate the Medical Expense Cash Advance benefits will need to provide such identifying information. In which case, we protect your personal information and share it with no one other than our financial institutions, who are professionally licensed and comply also with applicable privacy laws.
