CarePoints Card Corporation

The Company commenced its operation in 1998 as a Discount Membership Provider Organization [DMPO] in Florida under the name American Med Card Inc. In 2004 the company changed its operation from a DMPO to incentive marketing and promotion of
third party healthcare and related insurance products. We utilize our card program to offer rewards to individual members who purchase our affinity partners products and/or services.

We are neither a health care provider nor are we an insurance company; we simply promote and manage our incentive program between our CarePoints Merchant members and their customers.

We do however maintain the appropriate required licenses to market insurance products in various states through our agents. We also have contractual relationships with some of the leaders in the insurance and finance industries to enable us to provide services to our members and contracted sponsors.

Our management team are a group of professionals with diverse backgrounds and a combined senior management experience of more than 100 years. We continue to build relationships with a large number of financial institutions, 501c3 organizations and employer groups to deliver a unique program of rewards and incentive products in various cities across the United States.

Our Mission

We seek to create access to our healthcare membership program through work places and partnerships with community based Not-For-Profit Organizations to improve the overall wellness care of all our members within a target community. In doing this we strive to promote our partners' products and services to achieve maximum returns for their businesses.
